Registration

The registration fee for Buyers will depend on your online registration date.

Confirmation of your registration will be sent to you by e-mail within 72 hours, subject to the approval of your registration by SECTUR (Ministry of Tourism).

Buyers may register directly in Acapulco by paying their registration fee in cash, in U.S. dollars, and may request last minute appointments.

The cost of the replacement of the badge will be US$ 60.00.

Billing

The invoice for the Registration fee is issued automatically by the system at the end of your online registration and upon authorization of your credit card and will include your R.F.C. if you complete the corresponding field in the form.

This invoice is in U.S. dollars for the net amount.

In case you require an invoice with an itemized VAT, this must be paid together with your registration fee. Please contact our Mexico City office to request additional information before registering online.

Lodging and Air Transportation

Please note that the registration fee does NOT include lodging and air transportation.

A list of hotels and airlines that will offer exclusive rates for registered buyers will be available on the event website. The special rates only apply to duly registered buyers with their registration fee paid.

There are several hotel categories; hotel availability or category is not guaranteed.

Buyers should contact the hotel and/or airline of their choice to reserve their accommodations and air transportation.

General, Payments and Cancellations

All participation of registered persons must be approved by SECTUR and by Creatividad y Espectáculos, S.A. de C.V.

The cancellation conditions are indicated in the registration forms.

SECTUR and Creatividad y Espectáculos, S.A. de C.V., reserve the right to cancel any registration at their discretion at any time before and/or during the event.

In case of cancellation of the Tianguis or any of its parts, due to civil strike, civil discord, military action, natural disaster or any other cause that occurred and that was not the responsibility of SECTUR and/or Creatividad y Espectáculos, S.A. de C.V., there will be no reimbursement of the payment of fees nor the release of the due fee. Also, SECTUR and Creatividad y Espectáculos, S.A. de C.V., will not be responsible for the losses or damages consequence of any total or partial cancellation.

Limitation of Liabilities

The Registration and Pre-arranged Appointment System is performed by I.S.S.I. (Infinite Software Solutions Inc.).

The participant acknowledges and agrees that neither SECTUR nor Creatividad y Espectáculos, S.A. de C.V., its officers and employees, shall be liable in case of any damage, loss or injury caused by other parties occurring during the trip to or from Acapulco, as well as during the days of the event.

IMPORTANT

ALL REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT SITUATIONS MUST BE RESOLVED DIRECTLY WITH CREATIVIDAD Y ESPECTÁCULOS, S.A. DE C.V. AND/OR INFINITE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, INC. AND NOT DENYING PAYMENT TO CREDIT CARD COMPANIES.
