Registration Tutorial

Billing tutorial

To generate your invoice, you will need to enter the following information from the previously generated receipt (proof of payment):
- Invoice number (TIAXXXX)
- Amount paid (XX.XX)
- Date of payment (DD/MM/YYYYY)
The billing system will be available on the portal (https://facturacioncrea.cie.com.mx:8059/ ).
The invoice will be issued in Mexican pesos (MXN) at the exchange rate applicable at the time of payment.
It is essential to correctly enter your R.F.C. and complete tax information during the process.
Once issued, no changes may be made to the fiscal data or to the concept invoiced.
You may only invoice tickets valid for 15 calendar days after the date of issue.

Once your registration is completed, you will be able to issue the corresponding invoice through the link that will be sent to you from our platform.
