Tianguis Turístico México, Mexico´s premier tourism event is the most important tourism business forum in Mexico. Tour Operators, Wholesalers, Incentive Companies, Charter Operators, Associations related to Tourism, Travel Agents and Events, Exhibitions and Congress Organizers participate in it.

These companies have the opportunity to meet with the most important Tourism related Suppliers and all Mexico Destinations through Pre-scheduled appointments

Please ensure that your company or yourself can be registered under the below categories; we remind you that Tianguis is an event only for Professionals in the tourism industry.
Buyers

Buyers are Tour Operators, Wholesalers, Incentive Houses, Event and Congress Organizers, Wedding Planners, Charter Operators, Travel Agencies and OTA's.

Buyer companies participate in the pre-scheduled appointment sessions; appointments are scheduled and confirmed based on the Buyer's request only.

This category applies to all companies that promote or sell Mexico through advertising in brochures, press, web pages, and other electronic media, Marketing & Tourism Representation companies, and Technology companies.

How do business appointments work?

Tianguis Turístico México is a business event based on pre-established appointments of 15 minutes each between Buyers, Exhibitors and Marketing & Technology Participants.

Buyers and Exhibitors will hold their appointments on Tuesday, April 28th and Wednesday, April 29th between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm and on Thursday, April 30th between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.


Marketing & Technology Participants will hold their appointments on the same days and times, but these must be confirmed by the Exhibitors.

The Tianguis Turístico Pre-established Appointments System is a specialized software program, developed and adapted for this event.

Only companies that are duly registered for the event have access to participate in it, by means of a Delegate Number and a Password that will be assigned to them in their confirmation letter for the event.

To participate in the Pre-arranged Appointments system, companies must fill out the marketing information at the time of their online registration. A search function is available in the online appointment request system that allows delegates to learn about companies based on their marketing profile and to be able to select those that are of interest to them.

‍ Appointments are scheduled according to the following criteria and priorities:
a) Appointments requested by both Buyer and Exhibitor (¨Perfect Match¨)
b) Appointments at Buyer's Request only
c) Appointments requested by both Exhibitors and Marketing & Technology (¨Perfect Match¨)
d) Appointments at Exhibitor's Request only (5 automatically scheduled appointments that we ask you to attend as well as your other appointments).

How does My Tianguis portal work?

Through your Personalized Passport, you will be able to access the following features:

"SUMMARY": This page will show your personal information as you register for the event.
"APPOINTMENT REQUESTS": This option allows you to enter and prioritize your Appointment Requests.
"MY PROFILE": You can see all the company contact information and your organization's marketing profile. This information could be edited only by the company registration contact, and the person's name is displayed on the Summary page.
"FIND ORGANIZATIONS": Are you looking to find out who is attending the show? This option allows you to search a list of all registered attendees and view and/or print their Marketing Profiles.
"HOW TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS": This option will show you an intuitive tutorial on playing with the appointment requests system.
"LOGOUT": This button allows you to exit the passport safely.

How do business appointments work?

Buyers and exhibitors will make their appointments on Tuesday, April 29 and Wednesday, April 30 between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and on Thursday, May 1, between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Marketing & Technology participants will make their appointments on the same days and times, but they must be confirmed by the exhibitors.

Through your Personalized Passport you will find different buttons (accesses) containing the following information:

- "HOME": This button displays your personal data as a registered delegate to the event.
- "REQUEST APPOINTMENTS": Allows you to enter the appointment system, where you can fill out the appointment request form.
-" VIEW DIRECTORY PAGE": Allows you to consult the marketing profile of your company and the names of the registered delegates
- "ONLINE DIRECTORY": Contains the list of Buyer and Exhibitor companies; allows you to consult and/or print the marketing profiles
- "VIEW APPOINTMENTS REQUESTED": Is the list of appointments you have requested.
-" SEE WHO REQUESTED ME": It is the list of buyers who would like to have an appointment with your company
- "HOW TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS": This button allows you to know the steps to follow to submit your appointment request.
- "EXIT": It allows you to safely exit the Passport.

Procedure for appointment request

The deadline to complete and submit your online Appointment Request is April 11, 2025.

1. Log in to "PASSPORT" with your Delegate number and Password; these details are included in your Confirmation Letter to the event.
2. Click on "REQUEST MEETINGS".
3. Click on "REQUEST" next to each of the companies you are interested in.
4. Prioritize your list of requested companies by clicking on "VIEW / PRIORITIZE MY MEETINGS". You can either drag or drop the companies in the order you prefer or assign a priority number next to each company.
5. Buyers can request up to 10 double appointments (Each double appointment lasts 30 minutes). Check the "DOUBLE" box next to the companies you want double appointments with.
6. Click the "SAVE & EXIT" button. If you do not click this button, the requests will not be saved.

To view a company's Marketing Profile:
1. Click on the company name and click on "VIEW PROFILE".


To search for companies:
1. To search for companies by their marketing profile, click on "SEARCH".
2. Enter your search criteria and click on "EXECUTE SEARCH".

Billing

Once your registration is completed, you will be able to issue the corresponding invoice through the link that will be sent to you from our platform.
In case you require support, please contact our offices in the United States at buyerinfo@tianguis.com.

  • To generate your invoice, it will be necessary to enter the following data from the previously generated invoice (proof of payment):
    • Invoice number (TIAXXXX)
    • Amount paid (XX.XX)
    • Date of payment (DD/MM/YYYYY)
  • The billing system will be available on the portal (https://facturacioncrea.cie.com.mx:8059/ ).
  • The invoice will be issued in Mexican pesos (MXN) at the exchange rate applicable at the time of payment.
  • It is essential to correctly enter your R.F.C. and complete tax information during the process.
  • Once issued, no changes may be made to the fiscal data or to the concept invoiced.
  • You may only invoice tickets valid for 15 calendar days after the date of issue.
