OBJECTIVES

PRIMARIES

To provide services and/or lease business suites to you for your participation in the Tianguis Turístico México, in the edition or editions you contract;
Contact him to address your requests and follow up on the services you have contracted;
Identify the individual, verify his or her identity, and, if applicable, verify the authority of his or her legal representative;
Prepare and send you the quotes you request;
To formalize, administer, and ensure compliance with contracts, service orders, and/or agreements entered into with CREA;
Send you operational and logistical information regarding the contracted event (setup, access, schedules, and operating rules;
Issue tax receipts, invoice, and manage payment collection for services;
Integrate and keep up to date the internal CRE client file and records;
To comply with legal obligations and respond to requests from competent authorities;
To respond to requests you submit to exercise your ARCO rights or to revoke your consent.

HIGH SCHOOLS

To send you, by email or phone, information, promotions, and advertisements about future editions of the Tianguis Turístico México;
Conduct quality and satisfaction surveys regarding the services provided;
Invite you to conferences, seminars, trade shows, symposia, and other events organized or promoted by CREA, via email or telephone;
Compile statistics and reports on the use of our services.
Send you a digital publication featuring industry trends, news of interest, and CREA blogs (newsletter);
Send you white papers—that is, informational and promotional documents about CREA’s products, events, or services—as well as articles;
market research.

IMPORTANT: If you object to the processing of your personal data for any of the secondary purposes, you must send us an email to datospersonales@cie.com.mx and notify us of your objection in accordance with the requirements set forth in the “EXERCISE OF RIGHTS” section of this privacy notice.

CREA does not collect sensitive data.

TRANSFERS

CREA does not transfer Personal Data, except as provided for in Article 36 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Specifically, the following paragraphs:

When the transfer is provided for in a law or treaty to which Mexico is a party;

When the transfer is made to parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates under the common control of the data controller, or to a parent company or any company in the same group as the data controller that operates under the same internal processes and policies;
When the transfer is necessary pursuant to a contract entered into or to be entered into in the interest of the data subject, by the data controller and a third party; and

When the transfer is necessary for the maintenance or fulfillment of a legal relationship between the controller and the data subject.

EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may access, correct, and delete your personal data; object to the processing of your personal data; and revoke, at any time, any consent you may have provided to us by sending an email to: datospersonales@cie.com.mx

Your application must include:

Full name.
A simple copy or digital copy of an official identification document to verify identity. (National Identification Card, passport, professional license).
Representation: If you are acting on behalf of a minor, you must present a birth certificate or official document proving the identity of the parent or guardian; if you are acting on behalf of an adult third party, you must attach a power of attorney proving your authority to act on that person’s behalf.
A brief description of your request, whether it concerns access to your data, correction or deletion of your data, objection to the processing or to certain purposes of the processing, or withdrawal of consent.
To correct your name or address, please attach a copy of supporting documentation if it differs from the official identification document presented to verify your identity.

The response period will be 20 business days, based on the official calendar published in the Official Gazette of the Federation, counted from the date the corresponding ARCO rights request is received. If the request is granted, it will take effect within 15 business days following the date the response is communicated. This period may be extended once per request, for up to an additional 15 business days, provided that CREA justifies such an extension, which must be notified to the requester before the original deadline expires.

A response to your request will be sent through the same channel through which it was received—that is, via email.

The deadline specified in the previous paragraph will be suspended if CREA requests additional information from you, either because the information originally provided is insufficient or incorrect to process your request, or because the previously indicated documents were not included. To that end, within 3 business days of receiving your request, CREA will require you to provide the necessary information or documents to process it, and you will have 10 business days to comply with this request, starting from the day after you receive it. If you do not respond within this period, the corresponding request will be deemed not to have been submitted. Conversely, once the request for additional information has been fulfilled, the timeframe for CREA to respond to your request will begin on the day the request for additional information was fulfilled.

If you do not receive a response from us, or if you find our response unsatisfactory, you have 15 business days to contact the Secretariat for Anti-Corruption and Good Governance and request that a procedure to protect your rights be initiated.

MECHANISMS FOR LIMITING THE USE AND DISCLOSURE OF DATA AND FOR WITHDRAWING CONSENT

You may restrict the use or disclosure of your personal data, revoke your consent, or object to the processing of your personal data for secondary purposes by sending an email to: datospersonales@cie.com.mx
