The Veracruz pavilion highlights the unique aroma of coffee that conquers the palate of the thousands of visitors who come to the Tianguis Turístico de México 2025.

Alejandro Natzul, professional barista specialized in high quality coffee, shared in an interview that they are bringing to this 49th edition several coffee proposals from local producers, from Totonacapan to San Andrés Tuxtla, the center of Coatepec and surrounding regions.

"We brought high-end coffees so they can taste the Veracruz coffee that we prepare with a drip method that gives a medium to subtle cup to get to know the different versions of this bean," he said.

He also emphasized that the name of each local producer is present on each package so that visitors can recognize the unique work of each production.
